Our HR experts takes a proactive approach for an in-depth analysis of the employer’s exact needs. We do a detailed review of all the aspects of the company including the components of its business activities, work-culture and industry practices, to make our candidates selection full proof. After determining the need of the clients, we go for drafting the job application. We scan our extensive talent database besides probing other resources (local and national),to shortlist potential candidates. These are screened through preliminary interviews, to discover their qualifications, skills, level of competence, work ethics, experience and past references. We leave no stone unturned for headhunting the right candidates.

The candidates who pass the pre-screening are more rigorously interviewed by our respective clients/company or behalf of the clients our HR team can do different selection considering the clients required criteria, which makes the final selections. Once they gets selected, we let them undergo to our next procedure i.e. medical test, Visa stamping.


Once the candidates has been selected and informed, we also arrange for their complete orientation program related to job profile, code of conduct, rules and regulation of company as well as labor laws of the country of employment before processing their documents to the next stage and brief them about medical checkup, police report and all other required processing.

The government of many countries requires the entire contract workers to attend the pre-departure orientation classes before their entry in the respective country. For this, to let the traveling people participate in such classes we make arrangement of such classes in the qualified government authorized orientation centers in Nepal, this will enable to know the workers of the condition of their host country, their political & religious situation, rules & regulations to be followed, their working environment & so on.

Basically, we provide orientation before selection, after selection and before the departure of the candidates.
